Los Angeles native, Anita Coats is a dabbler in most things ART. Primarily a Singer/Songwriter/Performer, Anita also loves to paint, sew and create things out of nothing. Anita's mother noticed early on that she was a very creative child and constantly allowed space for her to express herself through art. Having that kind of supportive environment to grow up in, Anita creates not because she thinks what she is creating is brilliant, but simply because she enjoys it so darn much. Earlier this year Anita had the opportunity to show her paintings publicly and to her surprise sold 31 paintings in 40 days. After about two months with bare walls and a hint of seller's remorse she has started to paint again. This site was built to give you an opportunity to see and take one or more of these effortless works of art home with you.
